Introduction

      Throughout the history of BYU, much has been written about the university's "dual nature" and its responsibility to provide an education "consistent with . . . the restored gospel of Jesus Christ." The Faculty Center is collecting and organizing this literature to make it more accessible to faculty members and others who are interested.

      This present collection is not complete, but we hope it is a good start and that with continued effort and your suggestions, it will become much better.
